Recovery Revolution, Inc. Sliding Scale Fee
It is the policy of Recovery Revolution, Inc. to never refuse services to any individual seeking help based solely on their ability to pay. It is our belief that treatment decisions should always be clinically driven, without regard to a persons financial status. To that end, all Clinical staff will assist any/all persons presenting for treatment to explore and identify all funding options that may be available to them. In the event an individual is without any means of funding for the purpose of our services the following sliding fee payment schedule will apply.

A person’s financial status and funding options will be identified and explored at the time of intake by the counselor assigned to do the intake. The sliding fee scale will be explained at that time. It should be apparent that individuals with $0 income and no funding options will not be required to pay for any service they are assessed to need and that our program offers to other potential clients. In cases where a family of more than 2 persons’ falls within the above stated income scales, their fee for service will be calculated by dividing the number of family members into the weekly income, then finding the adjusted income amount on the scale and charging the fee assigned to that income.
Example: Family of 4 with a weekly income of $250 =$250 divided by 4=$62.50. Therefore the Group Fee would be $2 for an individual needing services and the Individual Session Fee would be $4.
We do not anticipate a large number of individuals who will not meet eligibility for specific Federal, State, or County funding sources. Those individuals who may, will not be denied any service we are licensed to provide.
