Recovery Revolution Inc., Addictions Treatment Outpatient Program is open to any individual who meet ASAM criteria for outpatient, intensive outpatient, or partial level of care. Recovery Revolution accepts phone calls, walk-ins, referrals from community partners or self-referrals, in order to start the process. We provide services to persons regardless of race, sex, age, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic.
All persons requesting treatment at Recovery Revolution Inc. Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Program will be interviewed to determine eligibility and clinical appropriateness (Based on ASAM) for our treatment program. Admission into our program will be determined at the time of the intake.
The initial intake process is completed by gaining demographics, assessing all emergency service or other imminent care needs, and gathering basic information to determine eligibility for services. This intake process is done either on the phone or in person and once completed, will result in an initial appointment.
It is anticipated that certain individuals seeking treatment at Recovery Revolution Inc., would be better served by other community agencies or programs. Recovery Revolution Inc., staff will assess each individual and initiate the proper referral when it is deemed more beneficial for the prospective client.
